Monthly Apartment Rental in Almaty

Relocation, a project contract, a long visit to family: some trips are counted in months, not nights. Assignments in Kazakhstan often run for several months, and furnished apartments are the usual choice for people moving to Almaty for that time. For these stays we let the same furnished flats that guests book for a weekend, on terms made for living rather than visiting. Renting by the month with us means a full cleaning every week, a contract, an invoice and a team that answers at any hour. We are not an anonymous agency: the owner stays closely involved in running the flats, and many guests come to us on recommendations from friends, colleagues and relatives. Most of our guests are families, so we talk about bedrooms and beds first: extra sleeping places in our flats are real beds, and a sofa bed is only an addition.

A month shows what a flat is really like day to day. Every kitchen has an oven, a hob, a microwave, pots and pans and reusable dishes; most flats add a washing machine, a smart TV and free Wi-Fi, and many have a water filter. The larger ones bring a dishwasher, several air conditioners and a big dining table, and the three-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms. Several flats also have one or two desks for remote work.

Housekeeping carries on during the stay: on stays of two weeks or longer the flat gets a full cleaning once a week, and linen and towels go to a professional laundry. Most apartments are in the upper part of the city around MEGA Alma-Ata, with guarded courtyards, First President's Park about ten minutes on foot and a supermarket a minute away. Some complexes there have their own parking, provided free of charge. The compact one-bedroom flats in the centre are a seven-minute walk from pedestrian Arbat.

We work officially as a registered sole proprietor. A long stay can be formalised with a rental agreement, and the monthly rent in Almaty is paid against an invoice via Kaspi Pay, which can be paid remotely in the Kaspi app if you have a Kaspi account. When you book ahead, the refundable deposit holds the flat until you move in. It comes back at check-out if there was no smoking indoors and no damage, and in full if you cancel a week or more before arrival; a later cancellation means it is not refunded. Companies that regularly book flats for their staff get a discount, except in summer.

One condition is worth knowing before you plan the move: monthly stays are offered outside the summer high season, when the flats are taken by holiday guests. For the rest of the year, send us your move-in date and the length of your stay, and we will suggest a flat that fits.
