Business Apartments in Almaty

Companies book our apartments for staff on assignment, and some of them have been housing employees with us for a long time. A flat usually gives a business guest what a hotel room does not: a separate bedroom, room to work away from the bed and a kitchen for a late dinner after meetings. For the company, the paperwork matters just as much, so we work officially, with invoices and contracts. Business guests often come to us on a colleague's recommendation, and employees arriving from abroad are often met in person, shown how the door panel works and where the nearest shops and pharmacies are. Messages from employees in any language are fine: we use translation tools when needed. The owner stays closely involved in the day-to-day running of the flats, and employees who check in on their own receive full instructions on the day of arrival.

We operate as a registered sole proprietor. Stays in our corporate apartments in Almaty are paid against an invoice through Kaspi Pay, and a rental agreement can be signed for the booking. Longer assignments can be arranged as monthly stays outside the summer high season. Companies that book with us regularly receive a discount, though not in summer, and paying from a company bank account adds a further discount.

One point is worth settling before the first booking. We work under the simplified tax regime: closing documents are issued on request, but for a company on the standard regime they may not qualify for a tax deduction. Tell us how your accounting department works, and we will confirm in advance which documents you will receive. When a team arrives together and does not fit into one flat, we can house it in neighbouring apartments.

Most of our flats are in the upper part of the city around MEGA Alma-Ata, with business centres, shopping and restaurants nearby; the mall is about five minutes on foot from most of them. A smaller group of compact one-bedroom flats is in the centre near Arbat. Several apartments have one or two dedicated workspaces, and most have free Wi-Fi and a smart TV. Some complexes have their own parking, which we provide free of charge.

Work trips rarely follow check-in times. Each guest receives a personal door code before arrival; it changes after every stay and works at any hour, so a delayed evening flight never means waiting for keys. Check-in starts at 14:00 (15:00 in the largest apartments), check-out is by 12:00, and a later departure can be booked by the hour when the next guest is not due. On stays of two weeks or longer, the flat gets a full cleaning once a week. Send us the dates and the number of employees, and we will suggest suitable flats.
