Interior and atmosphere A new designer renovation and high-end furniture — the apartment was furnished with taste, not just to be rented out.
Location A prime location in the upper part of the city, 10 metres from the 4 YOU complex. The courtyard is gated and guarded, car-free, with well-kept children's and sports playgrounds.
Nearby MEGA shopping centre — 5 minutes on foot, the First President's Park (Remizovka) — 10 minutes. A Magnum Express supermarket right in the complex, Magnum Cash&Carry 3 minutes away. Restaurants and cafés within walking distance.
In the apartment Layout: 2 separate bedrooms, 3 double beds and a sofa bed. A walk-in wardrobe, a dressing table with a mirror and a bidet shower.
Appliances and kitchen: oven, hob and microwave, washing machine, 2 smart TVs and free Wi-Fi. All the dishes you need are already in place.
Cleanliness and check-in: crisp white sterilised bed linen, full disinfection before every arrival, premium single-use toiletries, a hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers. Contactless check-in with a code lock — the code changes after every guest. We operate officially as a registered sole proprietor and issue invoices via Kaspi Pay.
Good to know Smoking is not allowed in the apartment — we keep it fresh and free of tobacco smell for each new guest. A deposit of 50,000 ₸ is refunded at check-out.
